Are you looking for a holiday home that can accommodate your family and friends, in a very quiet location, right on a peaceful canal? Look no further. This home is situated in South Yunderup, less than an hour from Perth, and only 10 minutes from Mandurah. It is on a no-through road, and so has almost no traffic on it. The back yard extends to the canal, and so you can enjoy all the water activities that you can imagine, whether it be canoeing, kayaking, or just watching the glistening water over a glass of wine. You can tie your boat up to the waterside platform (the boat ramp is only a few minutes away), catch some blue-manner crabs in crabbing season, or just admire or feed the birds that visit the area, from ducks to Pelicans. The house is 2 storey, and features terrific views out over the canal from the balcony. Features include:

  • Able to sleep up to 14 people

  • Slow combustion wood fireplace & Reverse cycle air-conditioning in upstairs living area

  • Fully equipped kitchen including Microwave oven, and 2 large fridges.

  • 2 Televisions, both with DVD players

  • Fully equipped laundry with washing machine, ironing board & iron, ducted vacuum system

  • Outdoor tables and chairs, both upstairs and downstairs

  • 4 burner BBQ with Gas supplied

  • Ceiling fans in bedrooms (Upstairs)

Rate is $250 per night (peak), and $150 per night (off-peak) with $250 bond.
(Peak season is 1st October until 30th April)
